By way of self-introduction, my name is Paul
Cox, I am writing this Letter of Recommendation for Eldon Moreland because
I have worked with him first-hand and having done so, clearly and openly,
feel comfortable recommending Eldon. |

In the course of my businesses over the past
years, I have worked with various IT professionals in putting together
two websites. At a time when I was in need of a third web site, I had
Eldon Moreland recommended to me by a closefriend that had also been very
satisfied with Eldon's work. Due to his recommendation, I worked with
Eldon and found him to be a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable
about constructing web sites and IT work in general. While working with
Eldon, I would give him objectives and he always came up with solutions
I thought were great ideas. His work was performed in a timely manner
and was always well thought out. He has a very good understanding of how
the Internet works and consequently can make web sites function well to
meet customer needs. Working with Eldon has been a much better experience
than the previous IT/Website professionals I have worked with. I enjoyed
